SEVEN FALLS GOLF & RIVER CLUB
A Unique Community in Western North Carolina
Located in Etowah Valley on the southern slope of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Seven Falls Golf & River Club will be Western North Carolina's first private golf and river club community. Residents will enjoy a temperate four-season climate in this private mountain setting that is conveniently located to the charming towns of Hendersonville, Brevard, and the vibrant city of Asheville.
Seven Falls' unique setting includes panoramic 50-mile highland views, spectacular waterfalls and is bordered by the French Broad River. Taking full advantage of this awesome landscape is the new Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. Crafting a links-style layout that is the community's recreational centerpiece, Palmer has designed a core course which lays in a natural amphitheater running along the valley floor. Additional Golf amenities include a planned 30 acre practice and teaching facility.
Complimenting the Golf Course is wide variety of activities and amenities including the River Lodge set on the beautiful French Broad River which will be the hub for community water sports like canoeing, kayaking and fly fishing. Other planned amenities include a large well-stocked lake, a tennis facility, a wellness center, an outdoor amphitheater, a village center and master planned hiking and biking trails that meander for miles around waterfalls and along the river.
The Club Village which will serve as the social center for Seven Falls is being planned by Historical Concepts. Jim Strickland, the lead architect and land planner is known for such award winning communities as Palmetto Bluff and Spring Island. The Club Amenities will be professionally managed by respected East West Partners, a hospitality company known nationally for building and managing high-end properties in communities such as Deer Valley UT, Beaver Creek, CO and Lake Tahoe, CA.
Completing the development team is Private Mountain Communities (PMC), a company that specializes in upscale master planned communities in Western North Carolina will handle the sales and marketing of Seven Falls. According to Harry Redfearn, a principle with PMC, "Seven Falls offers a diversity of amenities that few communities in the country can offer in a culturally rich region of the Carolinas that are nationally acclaimed as one of America's top places to live and play."
